Mentor / Coach

Start your career off right!  Fernando will train and mentor you through your first five closings with one-on-one mentoring to ensure your success!

Fernando was born and raised in Houston, TX.  I received my Real Estate License in May 2007.

I’ve been happily married for 33+ years and have three adult children.

I also have three beautiful grand children who are cute as can be…

I’ve been at Texas United Realty for 14+ years. 

I started the mentor-training program at Texas United Realty in Dec 2015 with just a few mentees.  Now, the mentor program has grown with 12+ mentors and 400+ students.

I enjoy teaching new REALTORS® and help them establish a foundation in their real estate business.

I also work with several investors in the purchase of investment homes, help them repair their homes and listing their homes back in the market.
